How Autoship Works

Set up AutoShip in one click to get it running.

Step 1: Find Your Product: Browse HardyPaw for the medication, supplement, or care product your pet needs. Look for products that display the Autoship & Save option on the product page. These are the items eligible for recurring delivery and automatic savings.

Step 2: Select Autoship & Save: On the product page, you will see two purchase options under Purchase Options: Autoship & Save and One-time purchase. Select Autoship & Save. The discounted price is displayed immediately, so you can see exactly how much you are saving before you proceed.

Step 3: Choose Your Delivery Frequency: Once you select Autoship & Save, a frequency dropdown will appear. Choose how often you want the product delivered. Options range from every week to every 11 months. Pick the interval that best matches how quickly your pet goes through that product.

Step 4: Add to Cart: With your frequency selected, add the product to your cart. You can add multiple Autoship & Save products in one session.

Step 5: Complete Checkout: Proceed through checkout as normal. Select the Payment Method, as all future Autoship orders will be charged automatically to your selected payment method on your chosen schedule.

Step 6: Your First Order Ships Right Away: Your first order is placed and processed immediately at checkout, with the 20% first-order discount applied automatically to eligible products. No code needed.

Step 7: Future Orders Run Automatically: From your second order onwards, HardyPaw processes and ships your Autoship orders automatically on your chosen schedule, at 10% off every time. Five days before each charge, you will receive an email with a full summary of what is scheduled to ship and the current price of each item. You can make any changes, any time before the charge is processed.

Post-Order Shipping Note: Once your order has been charged and dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. OTC and Prescription items are typically shipped the same or next business day.

Managing Your Autoship

Log in to your HardyPaw account and go to your Autoship dashboard to see all your active subscriptions. Each product subscription is listed independently, with its own schedule, frequency, and next charge date.

Delivery Frequency: You can change the delivery frequency of any Autoship subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Frequency changes take effect after your next scheduled order, not before it. Your upcoming order will still process on its existing date.

Next Order Date: You can move your next order date forward or back from your Autoship dashboard. This does not affect your delivery frequency. It only adjusts when that particular order is processed.

Skipping an Order: If you still have product left and do not need your next shipment, you can delay your order timeline from your account. You have until the charge is processed to make this change.

Pausing Your Autoship: If your pet's needs have changed temporarily, you can pause your Autoship subscription from your account dashboard. Pausing stops future orders until you choose to resume, with no fees and no penalty.

Canceling Your Autoship: You can cancel any Autoship subscription after your second order has been fulfilled. Go to your Autoship dashboard, select the subscription you want to end, and confirm the cancellation. All future shipments for that subscription will stop immediately. There are no cancellation fees.

Updating Payment or Shipping Details: You can update your saved payment method or delivery address from your HardyPaw account at any time. If a payment is declined or your card has expired, HardyPaw will notify you by email. Updating your details promptly will ensure your scheduled order is not delayed.

Multiple Autoship Subscriptions: If you have set up Autoship for more than one product, each subscription is managed independently. You can set different frequencies, adjust dates, pause, or cancel each one separately from your Autoship dashboard.

Q4: Can I set up Autoship for prescription medications? 

Ans: Yes. Prescription medications can be added to Autoship. Your pet's valid prescription must be on file with HardyPaw before each prescription Autoship order can be dispatched. If a prescription is on file, prescription Autoship orders ship the same or next business day, the same as OTC orders.

Q5: When will I be charged for each Autoship order? 

Ans: You will be charged automatically on your chosen schedule, based on the delivery frequency you selected. Five days before each charge, HardyPaw sends you a notification email listing all items scheduled to ship and their current prices. You can make any changes to that order anytime before the charge is processed.

Q6: Can I change how often my Autoship delivers? 

Ans: Yes, you can change the delivery frequency of any Autoship subscription from your account dashboard at any time. The new frequency will take effect after your next scheduled order. Your upcoming order will still process on its current date before the new interval begins.

Q7: What happens if a product in my Autoship is out of stock? 

Ans: If a product is temporarily unavailable, HardyPaw will notify you by email immediately. As an Autoship customer, you have priority access to reserved inventory, which reduces the likelihood of being affected by stock shortages. In the event of an extended delay, we will be in touch with further information.

Q8: Will my Autoship price change if the product price changes? 

Ans: Autoship orders are always charged at the regular product price at the time each order is processed. If a manufacturer adjusts the price of a product, the updated price will be reflected in your next order. The pre-shipment notification email you receive five days before each charge will always show the current price clearly before you are billed.

Q9: How do I cancel my Autoship? 

Ans: You can cancel any Autoship subscription from your account dashboard after your second order has been fulfilled. Select the subscription you want to end and confirm the cancellation. There are no fees for canceling, and all future shipments for that subscription will stop immediately. Cancellations are not permitted before the second order is completed.

Terms and Conditions

  • The 20% introductory discount applies to the first Autoship order only, on eligible products. Not all HardyPaw products qualify for Autoship or for this introductory rate.
  • The 10% recurring discount applies automatically to all subsequent Autoship deliveries on eligible products, from the second order onwards.
  • Autoship orders are charged at the regular product price at the time of processing. The applicable Autoship discount is applied on top of this price.
  • Autoship pricing does not honor any promotional, sale, or discounted price that may have been available at the time of initial subscription or on a prior order.
  • Autoship discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes, coupons, or site-wide discount offers unless explicitly stated at the time of the promotion.
  • There are no sign-up fees, subscription fees, or cancellation fees associated with HardyPaw Autoship.
  • Autoship subscriptions cannot be canceled before the second order has been successfully fulfilled. Cancellation is permitted at any time after the second order.
  • Autoship orders are processed using the selected payment method. The saved card on file will be charged automatically on each scheduled order date.
  • For prescription Autoship orders, a valid prescription must be on file with HardyPaw before each order can be dispatched. Orders will be held until a valid prescription is confirmed.
  • HardyPaw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Autoship program at any time. Customers with active subscriptions will be notified in advance of any material changes.
